Skala intenziteta i razmjere epidemije virusa

ABSTRACT

Cilj ovoga rada je istražiti mogućnost da se uspostavi Skala intenziteta i razmjere epidemije virusa koja bi služila za medijsku prezentaciju pogođenosti epidemijom određenog područja. U javnoj sferi je već poznato i općeprihvaćeno skaliranje prirodnih događaja kao što su vanjska temperatura, zemljotres, jačina mora...itd. Sve ove skale nam kroz broj/vrijednost iskazan na njoj, daju preciznu informaciju o pojavi. Metode koje su korištene u ovom radu su konstruisanje originalne formule za izračunavanje podioka/nivoa skale na osnovu javno dostupnih informacija i praćenja tačnosti razultata tokom deset mjeseci preko uspostavljene internet stranice. Rezultat ovoga istraživanja je uspješno uspostavljanje Skale sa podiocima od 0 do 8 sa funkcijom jednostavnog i jasnog predstavljanja intenziteta i razmjere virusa Covid 19 za neku državu ili područje. Istraživanje od 20.03.2021. do 31.01.2022. je potvrdilo da se aktuelne državne mjere koje su uvodile različite zemlje, poklapaju sa rezlutatima skale. Ovo je relativna skala iz područja informacijskih nauka koja određuje intenzitet i razmjeru pogođenosti određenog područja virusnom epidemijom. Njenim korištenjem, ali i korištenjem neke druge slične skale; mogu se ublažiti posljedice „infodemije“ vijesti i izvještaja iz kojih publika teško može shvatiti stvarno stanje epidemije, tj. njen intenzitet i razmjere. Događaju - „Covid 19“ smo skaliranjem dali značenje, i osmislili njegovo prezentiranje na način da ljudski um može shvatiti ovaj eksterni fenomen. Ova Skala se može koristiti i kod epidemija drugih virusa.
